When constructing a new property that requires water and sanitary sewer services, Crestview has connection fees that must be paid to allow for those connections.  Along with Crestview's water and sanitary sewer connection fess, a fee must also be paid to Metro Water Recovery for sanitary sewer and Denver Water for water.  There may also be a reimbursement agreement in place that will need to be paid.
